Health Saving Account Transfers and Rollovers

If you currently have an MSA or HSA custodial account with a different institution and would like to transfer to access The Vanguard Group® of no load mutaul funds, please follow these easy steps:

Health Savings Account Transfer Forms

- To transfer your Medical Savings Account or Health Savings Account to Health Savings Administrators, simply complete our Transfer Form and mail it to us. We will process it and forward it to your current custodian who will then send the transfer check directly to us.

- Please also submit our enrollment form, to Health Savings Administrators indicating that a transfer is forthcoming.
