	Annual administration fee: $39.00 reduced to $36.00 for employer sponsored enrollments
	—Administrative fees are payable direct in advance
	Mutual Fund customers (no debit card)
	—Custodial fee: .0009 per quarter times account balance, capped at $20,000 account balance per fund. Mutual Fund Account maintenance fees will be deducted from account balance quarterly
	Fulton Bank Debit Card Customers (not mutual funds)
	—$24.00 per year, deducted from account each July
	—Checks: $8.25 for 25 checks
	Transfer to Another HSA Custodian: $25.00

There are no deposit fees, no per check fees and no fee to close the account.
